Heritage ended its regular season with a 4-3 win over Salem, finishing the Seminoles season for good on Wednesday.
It was the third straight victory for the Patriots, who clinched a third seed in the region tournament, which starts Wednesday.
Salem is out of the postseason, allowing Rockdale to slip in with the fourth seed.
